Hopefully with a better understanding of these you can control your daily issues while looking for a  remedy.

What is Dyshidrotic Eczema?

If you have or know someone that has dyshidrotic eczema, it definitely brings along a host of insecurities. The most notable issue with this skin condition is the vast amount of small blisters that can be seen. The most predominant areas where they are present are the hands and feet. The good news is it’s not contagious, but it’s something people will talk about at social gatherings if someone has it.

Triggering Effects

It’s hard to pinpoint one specific thing that actually triggers dyshidrotic eczema. The easiest ones to explain are either through allergies, stress or an infection. It has been said that individuals who touch various soaps, fragrances, meats, or juices can contract this skin condition. If you’re looking for specific things a person might be allergic too, here is a small list below:

*caffeine
*chocolate
*alcohol
*nuts
*chlorine
*genes
*your diet
*skin wraps
*and many others

Keep in mind that just because you eat or are subjected to any of the examples above, it doesn’t necessarily mean these are the issues. Your best bet in the beginning is to eliminate one specific thing for awhile and see if that is the problem. If there is no change, then move on to the next one. Eventually it will help you control and possibly eliminate your dyshidrotic eczema until you find a remedy.

What is Perioral Dermatitis?

Anyone who has experienced perioral dermatitis knows this skin condition happens around the mouth. You will notice a different redness to the area and develop bumps as well. Most people believe this to acne, but a mis-diagnosis will just lead to a longer recovery period. Every once in awhile, individuals who suffer from this condition complain about itching, burning, or both.
